Privacy Shield and Data Transfer
For the personal information of residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom, SV Partners adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles (as outlined here: https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome) and is an active participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. SV Partners also complies with the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from Switzerland to the United States. Our Privacy Shield certification covers the types of personal information set out in this Privacy Statement, and SV Partners is subject to the investigative and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission. SV Partners complies with the Privacy Shield principles for onward transfers, including the liability provisions.
